Hand made in Ballater. Piper Gnome. Every part of this is hand made, right down to the bagpipes. I only have a small selection of tartans and can't buy in a specific one as it's not cost effective. However if you can supply the tartan I can make it! Comes with either a glengarry or a feather bonnet (made of faux fur!) Height is 30cm, width 15cm (not circumference)
